There are ten forms available for notifying Landonline of changes in details relating to a firm or individual users within it.

Online forms:
- Change Firm Details - to update your firm’s name and/or contact details
- Change Individual Details - to update your individual profile with a new licence type
- Add Individual - to add a new user to your firm
- Remove Individual - to remove a user from your firm
- Change Firm Licence - Add - to add a new licence to your firm
- Change Firm Licence - Upgrade - to upgrade your current firm licence
Printable forms:
- Proof of Identity (POI) form (pdf 299KB) - when applying for a Digital Certificate or when updating your Proof of Identity
- Practising Certificate form (pdf 24KB) - when requesting Certify and Sign privileges
- Specimen Signatures (pdf 276KB) - when supplying us with your firm’s trusted contact and management contact's signatures
- Contract form (pdf 274KB) - this form must be completed when making any of the changes above as part of your contract with LINZ. The form is also generated when completing any of the above online forms.
