If a Landonline user's name has changed a new Digital Certificate is required.

Change of Name by Marriage:

People who change their surname by marriage may legally continue to use their existing Digital Certificate. However if they wish to register their new surname with Landonline, they will be required to purchase a new Digital Certificate and provide proof of the name change.

Change of Name by Deed Poll:

If you are a Landonline user and have changed your name by Deed Poll, you have a legal obligation to change your name in Landonline. You must purchase a new Digital Certificate and complete a Proof of Identity form verifying your new name.






A personal email address is needed so users can be sent the Authorisation part of their Digital Certificate code.
Landonline Usage Details
This allows a current individual user within your firm to become a user of another Landonline service licence held by your firm. (For example, a user of e-search may be included as a user of e-search plus). But if your firm does not hold a licence for the service you want the individual to use, you must use the Add Firm Licence form or Upgrade Firm Licence form to purchase the licence you wish to use.

Select Yes if this individual has an existing Landonline ID as a previous or current user in another firm. The new user setup fee will be waived

Only applicable to surveyors, solicitors and conveyancers who are registered practitioners and have access to an e-dealing, e-dealing plus, or e-survey licence. (You will be required to provide a copy of your current Annual Practicing Certificate or Cadastral Surveyors Licence with your application).

Note: A cost will be incurrred if you become a Landonline User (ie. if you have previously been registered as a contact or contractor within your firm, but not as a Landonline User). The charge for this setup will be issued on your next invoice.
