The firm name must be the full legal name of the firm or business.

If you do not know your firm code, contact the Customer Support team on 0800 ONLINE (0800 665 463). Select Option 4 from the automated phone menu.

If the firm name has changed, proof of the name change must be supplied. A letterhead or document with the new firm name should be posted to Landonline Sign-up, Private Box 5501, Wellington. The firm name will not be changed in the Landonline system until the proof has been received.

Payment
Maintenance payments for licences are due annually on the anniversary of each licence. If you have purchased several licences at different times, you may choose to consolidate the annual maintenance payments, which will be charged at a pro rata rate on the anniversary of your first registration.
